About Me
I'm a mom of 3 (soon to be 4), birth doula, breastfeeding counselor, and babywearing educator. I have been supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum since 2023.

My job as a doula is to provide physical, and emotional support to you (and your partner too!) during the labor and delivery process. Guiding you to help choose the right positions, exercises, and comfort measures. As well as helping you to fulfill your birth plan as best as possible!

Postpartum Support
Here for You
I offer one postpartum visit that is included with my regular doula services.
Additional postpartum doula services are available as well at an hourly rate.
